About The Producer

Linda DiLorenzo has worked in commercial and public television and with nonprofit media for over twenty-five years. Her early experience in commercial television at ABC was as writer, producer and director of prime time news. She earned her degree in Broadcasting from the University of South Carolina and later joined PBS in North Carolina as a video editor. Trained on one of the first computer assisted editing programs in California, she was promoted to supervising editor at PBS. She worked on several programs distributed nationally, including The Woodwright Shop now in its 30th year of production and national distribution.

Since starting her own company in 1994, she has received the Communicator Award of Distinction and three national Telly Awards honoring outstanding video productions. Southern Living Magazine featured an article on her business in their September issue of 2003 and two of her documentaries were aired on PBS Visions program in 2002 and 2004. Her company, Dilorenzo Studios, is a broadcast quality video production studio delivering media via DVD, Internet, and Broadcast. Her documentaries and promotional videos raise storytelling to a poignant and powerful level, making the missing connection between information and meaning. Her Video Profile Windows provide businesses with a brief and moving representation of their product or business on their web site.
